Send in photos of all physical damage. The photos must include the following:
- Close up view of damage
- View of entire piece with the damage
- All manufacturer serial number/SKU tags on the damaged piece or pieces
Internet photos will not be accepted. It needs to be of your furniture.
Locations of manufacturer's tags:
Sofa: Located under the left cushion usually, sometimes under the sofa. (white rectangular label)
Reclining Sofa: Located under the left foot rest.
Headboards: Located behind the headboard.
Bedroom Chest, Dresser, Mirror, Nightstand: Located on the back.
Dining: Located under the item.
