There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

STEP 2: Send in your Photos

Photos of the damage are required for the manufacturer to issue any type of replacement or credit for an item. You can send the necessary photos to

Send in photos of all physical damage. The photos must include the following:

  • Close up view of damage
  • View of entire piece with the damage
  • All manufacturer serial number/SKU tags on the damaged piece or pieces

Internet photos will not be accepted. It needs to be of your furniture.

Locations of manufacturer's tags:
Sofa: Located under the left cushion usually, sometimes under the sofa. (white rectangular label)
Reclining Sofa: Located under the left foot rest.
Headboards: Located behind the headboard.
Bedroom Chest, Dresser, Mirror, Nightstand: Located on the back.
Dining: Located under the item.
