As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Our family eats, shops, and lives in the community we serve. Our kids have graduated from our community’s high schools and colleges. Those who chose their own career paths outside of furniture serve our community’s schools, restaurants, community organizations and churches. We value the strength of our community and strive to be a positive part of it.

We believe we can add value to our community by providing the best possible values on furniture. This can be reflected simply, like price matching "Big Box Stores,"" or it can be a deeper part of our company culture, a core part of our business model. For almost 20 years, we have consistently searched the industry for the best possible values, on the best quality furniture to give to our customers.

We hold ourselves, and in turn our suppliers, to the highest standards. We strive to justify every dollar you spend, and stand behind every product we sell. If we cannot, we simply won’t carry it. If a supplier proves unreliable, we will end our relationship with them, and still stand with our customers.

After 18 years of searching for positive relationships, we've established many excellent ones. We work with some of the biggest, most forward thinking, and customer-focused companies the furniture industry has to offer. This allows us to give excellent value, quick delivery, and excellent service after the sale. This has become our rule and standard.

Those same companies, the best of the furniture world, are suffering from enormous disruptions in the supply chain thanks to Covid-19. Lockdowns around the world have disrupted the flow of materials needed to build products, limited workers' access to their jobs, and an influx of orders have created a unique storm of problems.

This has led to delays well beyond the norm, as well as our standards. This is not normal, and we are working tireless alongside them to correct the issues as quickly as we can.

Those who have existing orders, we thank you for your patience if you’ve experienced delays. We know there are a lot of options out there, and we cannot thank you enough for shopping local, and supporting our community.
