Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel before the item is en route to us and we can cancel it then there will be no restocking fee. If the item is already en route to us we will be unable to return it and the item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. What if my furniture arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care at 636-397-3401, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT) & Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT). within 72 hours and we will either repair or replace the item.

What if I just don't want or like my furniture?
Not completely satisfied? The act of cancelling an order is an expensive endeavor for a furniture store and results in a significant loss. We place orders with our suppliers in good faith that when the furniture arrives it will be paid for in full. Therefore in order to protect us against losses we must impose a cancelled order fee for any order that has been received or can not be cancelled because it is already in transit. The customer will pay return shipping and a fee of 15% may be levied depending on the ordered items. What if I want to return my mattress?
We sell entirely new mattresses. At this time we can not take back mattresses which have been removed from the plastic. Mattresses do have warranties however. If your mattress develops a body impression lease contact Customer Care at 636-397-3401, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT) & Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT) and see if it is something we handle in store or through the manufacturer.
How long will it take a refund to show up on my credit card?
